I found my quote.
"If I were to classify the different branches of the Armed Forces by breeds of dog, I would do as such. The Army would be a Saint Bernard, they are big, slow, and don't always listen too good. But they got lots of stamina and are in it for the long haul, The Navy God bless em would have to be a Golden Retriever. They love the water, they all got real long hair, their great with kids, and they tend to disappear for weeks at a time without notice. The Air Force, ha ha the Air Force. The Air Force would have to be a French Poodle. They are all prim and proper, they hate to get dirty , ALWAYS fly first class, and always have the finest food. But remember that the French Poodle was originally bred as a hunting dog and is VERY dangerous in a fight. Marines I see as two breeds, Rottweilers and Dobermans, because Marines come in two varieties, big and mean, and skinny and mean.
They’re aggressive on the attack and tenacious on the defense. They've got really short hair and always go for the throat.
RAdm “Jay” R. Stark, USN, 10 Nov. 1995"
Is that too much?

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse."

I can't do enough to make a difference for every dog in the world
But I can do all I know how to make a world of difference for for this dog
