Does anyone know at what age Labs stop growing and gaining weight ? My willy is 4 months old and weighs 24 pounds. Is this an average weight or is it small for his age? Hes very active and the vet said hes in perfect health but he just seems a little small to me.

There is really no set standard weigh for pups as they are growing. As they grow sometimes they look pudgy then they grow out lean again and then their skin gets baggy and then it tightens up.

Genetics and food quality play a big part in how large your pup will finally get. I would say that by the time your dog is about 18-24 months old he should be done growing and will have reached his final growth.
