Is there a best time to be in chat room? Tried several times and it says "full".

We have turned the chat room back on. We will be having regular chats amonst members when we complete the upgrade to the website. This should be in another week or so. We think our members will have fun chatting to each other in real time.
One thing I wish is that there was some way for the website to notify members that the chat room is occupied. We're working on this.
