With the upgrade to new website software, the method of uploading photos to the gallery has changed. Here is how to upload your photos.

Here is how to do this successfully.

To start, click on the link to the gallery near the top of the page where you will find

E-Mail Login Forums Members Gallery Blogs Calendar

Click on the "Members Gallery" to see the galleries of individual members and also to locate YOUR gallery if you previously created one.

The Gallery name is above each photo in black. Click within the black borders to select the proper gallery.

If you want to upload an image to your personal gallery, find your own gallery then click on it. On the next page click on the "New Image" button at the bottom of the screen to upload to your gallery.

If you want to create a new gallery click on the "Members Gallery" name first. Then you will be taken to a new screen that will show you the members individual galleries. On the lower right hand corner of this screen (you may need to scroll to the bottom of the screen) click on the "New Album" button.

This is where you create your own personal gallery for your own dog. This will take you to a screen that will offer you user options such as public or private gallery and which prearranged gallery you want to use if you wish to use a already
existing gallery. Make sure you click on the "Profile Photo Album" so you can upload these photos to the database and use the photos in your thread messages.

When you have finished entering the required information click on the "Create Album" button at the bottom of the page.

You should now have a new page on your screen showing your new albums name. Next to your album name you'll see a button that says "Options" on it. Click it. You'll see a list of options in a drop down menu. They are pretty self explanatory. You use this list to manipulate your current images in the gallery OR upload new images to the gallery. If you want to uploada new image, click on "New Image".

The next screen will offer you a place to enter a Caption for your photo and in the body section you can add some background information about the photo if you should desire to do so. At the bottom of the screen is a line for entering the name of the photo you want to upload ON YOUR COMPUTER. You can use the "Browse" button to navigate to the photo you want to upload.

When you have found the photo on your computer and have it listed on the line for it click on the "Submit Image" button.
If you have followed these instructions, your image will be uploaded to the gallery and you will receive a confirmation page saying the upload has been successfully completed.

In closing photos that are destined for the gallery will be uploaded from your computer, photos that go to the threads are linked from your photo hosting website.

Unfortunately, there is no way to insert a gallery photo into a thread message at this time. To include a photo in your thread, you must first upload it to a photo hosting website and then include the URL to it in a link from within the message to do this.

Of course, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
