Did he have it when you went to the vets? Sound like he is allergic to flees. I would defiantly ask the vet and if your vet saw him already......find a new vet.

sorry I could not be of more help.

hi yes he did have it when i took him to the vet. She says because he is a pure bred that they are prone to rashes from time to time. She is usually very good good one of the vets that we have in town and she knows him since he was a pup. we have treated him for fleas and she says its not that. He may have picked something up in the fields cus we live in the country. The cream she gave him has really helped. thanks for your help.

I'm dragging this out again as I've notice similar rashes on Tessa in the last few weeks. Although it is isolated to the outer sides of her front legs near her elbows. It looks like ecxzma and is about the size of a 5 pence piece.. (not sure of the equivilent in US money.. maybe a cent).
It doesn't bother her so I'm in 2 minds whether to take her to the vet.. unsure.gif dry.gif

Any suggestions?
