Not sure what mine is either. picked her up from the SPCA. I have been told maybe has some Chessie in her but I am not sure.

Your pup looks more like the now extinct St. John's Water Dog, the ancestor of the modern Labrador Retriever. They had the white toe tips and the white blaze on their chest too.

 

Here is a photo of the last two St. John's Water Dogs to survive. 

 

Kind of an amazing coincidence, isn't it?

It is. The markings are very similar.

The resemblance is striking actually.  Since all labs descended from the St. John's Water dog I think those genes are most pronounced in your pup. BTW, the St. John's Water Dog went extinct in 1985 or so. I don't know how they missed that.
