My 11 year old boy needs this surgery.  Has anyone here had any experience wit this that they can share.   I would appreciate hearing about your journey with it



I ate, I fetched, I swam, I ate again, I slept - Ya got a problem with that?

At the time my 12 year old lab had this illness.  The surgeon perform surgery on her whereby her vocal cords were slightly shaved to help her breath easier.  She was able to function normaly but she had a hoarse type bark.  She lived to 15 and would have lived longer had her hips not given out.  I would not hesitate to have this type of surgery again.  If you live in the Jacksonville, FL area the surgeons at affiliated veternarian services are fanastic
